How do I sign up with Firstworks?

What documents do you need for registration?

We’ll need a scanned copy of your NRIC, Resume, and your highest-level education certificate.

Do I have to attend an interview with you?

We’ll start with a phone interview with you, followed by a face-to-face one.

Where is your office?

We are located at Level 28, The Gardens South Tower, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.

I am a foreigner, can I still register with you?

Of course. Send us your application and we’ll further identify your opportunities through a phone call.

Do you practice equal opportunity employment?

What is your recruitment process like?

The recruitment process can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on availability of hiring managers/candidates for interviews, salary negotiations, and number of roles and candidates. At FirstWorks, we aim to complete the process within the shortest timeframe.

What is the average lead time before I start getting talents?

Approximately 1 week depending on the type of position.
